Joy Charpentier, SPHR
With over 20 years of experience in agency, RPO, and corporate recruiting, Joy has developed a unique ability to identify and attract top talent across a wide range of industries. From early-career professionals to senior-level executives, she has successfully placed exceptional candidates across the U.S., with strong activity in key markets like Atlanta and Minneapolis.
Joy holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and is both AIRS Certified and SPHR Certified by HRCI. Sheโs passionate about aligning talent with business objectives and enhancing the candidate experience, using a pragmatic approach that ensures quick and efficient recruitment solutions. Her deep understanding of company culture allows her to deliver results that seamlessly integrate with organizational goals.
Outside of work, Joy is an adventurer at heart, always seeking new experiences and time outdoors. A fan of competitive sports, she enjoys baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball, and is always ready for a road trip or a weekend getaway to the beach with family and friends.
