For the past 20+ years, Joy has gained a valuable blend of agency and corporate experience. She has delivered countless top performers from Seattle to Orlando both early career and senior level executive. Education includes a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, AIRS Certified, and SPHR Certified from HRCI. She is driven by matching talent to accelerate business goals and making an impact with the candidate experience. Partnerships are built by working to understand both client and candidate needs via transparency. She brings energy and perspective to each search.
Social and active you will find her around competitive sports including baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball. Running is a passion reserved for alone time and reflection. Her happiest place to be is on the beach in Southwest Florida with her 3 kids.
Mark Banks, SPHR, CMP
Mark’s 20+ years of experience with multiple companies and industries on the corporate side of HR have provided a deep level of executive leadership. Organizational strategic leadership and planning, change management, compensation and benefits, talent management and leadership development top the list of Mark’s skillsets. Mark has played a crucial role in leading companies through a variety of key initiatives and transitions. He is highly regarded as a leader, mentor, and business partner in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail working for companies such as Larson Juhl LLC (Berkshire Hathaway), Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Macy’s.
Mark, SPHR, Prosci CMP, TQM, and ASTD Trainer Certified, is a Georgia Bulldog at heart, having graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science/International Affairs. Mark enjoys playing tennis, hiking, pickleball, attending sporting events or relaxing on the lake with his wife, Maridell and 20-year-old twins, Michael and Allie.
