Founder
For the past 20+ years, Joy has gained a valuable blend of agency and corporate experience. She has delivered countless top performers from Seattle to Orlando both early career and senior level executive. Education includes a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, AIRS Certified, and SPHR Certified from HRCI. She is driven by matching talent to accelerate business goals and making an impact with the candidate experience. Partnerships are built by working to understand both client and candidate needs via transparency. She brings energy and perspective to each search.
Social and active you will find her around competitive sports including baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball. Running is a passion reserved for alone time and reflection. Her happiest place to be is on the beach in Southwest Florida with her 3 kids.
